Found this on the Ajo Loop in Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. Blooms in mid-March.

Timber Trail flowers in March
Among the first flowers of spring on the Timber Trail are the arrowleaf balsamroots. Family- Asteraceae, tribe -Heliantheae, genus - Balsamorhiza, species - sagittata.
